Processing
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We currently do not ship orders the same day.

Email Confirmation
You (the buyer) will receive an email with the confirmation and tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 2 days to receive this shipping confirmation email. We cannot be held accountable for any delays by the carrier of your product.
You (the buyer) will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Delivery
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or the front door of the address you (the buyer) provided. It’s up to the delivery carrier to decide if the package can be left in the open in front of your door. If they deem the package unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule another delivery for your package.

NOTE: Please input a shipping address where you (the buyer) know someone will be available to accept the package. Either you yourself or someone you know!

International Taxes & Duties
We collect sales tax from your purchase. You (the buyer) won't be contacted by us regarding any tax or duties you need to pay.

Address
It’s your responsibility (the buyer) to enter the correct information for delivery of the product. As stated in the “NOTE” section above, we strongly suggest and advise you (the buyer) to input a shipping address where you know someone will be available to accept the package. Either you yourself, or someone you know!
